A Planned Partial Outage Maintenance for Multiple API Services has been scheduled on our Production environment. This maintenance is needed in order to improve the quality of our services.
All services mentioned in Expected Partner and Customer impact sections may experience intermittent interruptions throughout the maintenance window, lasting for approx. 2 minutes each, which may result in 5xx error messages being returned from our endpoints.
Expected Partner Impact:
Cards: • account-messages - ability to get messages for Partners (Solarisbank Internal services will not be able to get, update or create messages) • Ability to get, update or create account limits for sdd_collection_applications or sdd_collection_limits • decoupled-card-dunning - ability to get dunnings
Digital Banking: • Balance or bookings retrieval (including generation of account statements) • Delay in webhook delivery (booking webhooks, ACR webhooks) • Currency Exchanges • Creating and retrieving account closure requests (ACRs) • Retrieving information about an account • Initiation of payments (SEPA Credit Transfer, SEPA Direct Debit), including reservations
Identity: • Delay in having accounts being opened, however no 5xx error messages will be returned on external endpoints
Digital Banking: • All endpoints mentioned in the API documentation will be available with minimum experienced service degradation, except for information about: GET account postings, reservations and balance related endpoints (which will be unavailable): https://docs.solarisbank.com/core/api/v1/#6f8mOLcm
Lending: • GET v1/consumers/persons/{person_id}/fronting_loans/{loan_id} • GET /v1/businesses/{business_id}/fronting_loans/{loan_id}
