OUTAGE ON CARDS AUTHORIZATION SERVICES
Incident Report for Solaris
Resolved
We had experienced issues with the card authorisation service on 15th April at 11:30 CEST. The fix was applied for the outage on the cards processing provider side and the services were restored on 15th April at 12:30 CEST. The services was monitored for some time after the fix was implemented and all operations were running within normal service levels.

Partner Impact Resolution: Virtual card endpoint consumers will no longer receive high error rates on the below mentioned endpoint and users facing transactions refusals when using their physical cards (withdrawals or payments) was also restored.

Customer Impact Resolution: Customers no longer experience issues with card details, such as card number, card expiry date, and CVV not being retrievable and while performing online/offline transaction using their cards
