Unplanned outage for Business Identification services

We had experienced issues with the business identification service on 16th May. The unplanned outage had resulted due to a change rollout which has now been fixed. The services have been restored and was monitored for some time after the fix was implemented and all operations were running within normal service levels.

Partner Impact Resolution: Partner would have received errors while accessing the below provided API Endpoints

- GET /v1/businesses/identifications
- GET /v1/businesses/{business_id}/identifications
- POST /v1/businesses/{business_id}/identifications
- GET /v1/businesses/{business_id}/identifications/{business_identification_id}
- POST /v1/businesses/{business_id}/identifications/{business_identification_id}/legal_identification/questions/{question_id}/answers
- GET /v1/businesses/{business_id}/identifications/{business_identification_id}/legal_identification/questions

Customer Impact Resolution: Customers no longer perform business identification, list all the business identifications of a particular partner, fetch the details of a specific business identification, retrieve the array of question objects, where each object contains information about the question and answer & add answers to the questions, that the business is required to answer, in order to successfully proceed the business identification.
