On Thursday, 28th of October 20:00, for up to 6 hours, we will be undergoing scheduled maintenance of Partner Jira Service Desk and Confluence. During the maintenance it may not be possible to raise new tickets or access existing tickets with our support teams. Please submit all requests after the maintenance time. Optionally, you can send your requests during the maintenance window via email and these will be processed after the scheduled work is completed: support@solarisbank.de or incidents@solarisbank.de. In case of urgent issues during the maintenance window, please call the 24x7 Incident Management hotline.
