As informed. We want to give you a heads up of an upcoming production downtime on Saturday 10th August 2019.

What are we doing?

We are switching to a new cluster on production.

When is this downtime?
Saturday 10.08.2019: 08:00 - 13:00 will last 5 hours.

Why are we doing this?
To improve the performance of our systems and make it more stable.

What does this mean for your business?
Below services will be affected: All calls will fail and get exception i.e 500.

Identity: All actions related to persons and businesses, including person and business creation will fail.

Digital Banking and vIBan services: User will have limited access to the app, transaction status, reservations, bookings, webhooks will fail.

Escrow and BCF services: Settlements will not be exercised. Bookings will be unreachable.

Lending: Loan creation is not possible. SDDs or CTS will be affected
