We want to make you aware that on Tuesday (16-03-2021) at 10:00 am (CET), there will be a maintenance undergoing for 30 minutes. We will use this time for the renewal for the certificate with our card’s processor SIA.

During this maintenance window, end-customer may not be able to do a PIN change, Activate, Block, Unblock, close a card or retrieve virtual card details. An error will be received on the API. The services will be restored immediately after the completion of maintenance.

This would only affect our cards product domain. Our all-other services will function as normal. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in this regard.
