On Sunday, 23rd of October 2022 from 02:00 until 07:00 for 5 hours, SCHUFA will be undergoing scheduled standard maintenance. The maintenance will have a direct impact on our production environment and we might receive errors on all SCHUFA endpoints, which will concern, e.g. --> Consumer Loans, Consumer Credit Lines, Freelancer Overdrafts. --> DiBa: Decoupled Card for Consumers onboarding --> BankIdent --> SPay Onboarding Endpoints affected --> Person credit record --> Schufa Identcheck --> Kontocheck During the maintenance, partners who have the above mentioned products cannot perform customer onboarding. We will actively monitor our services during the maintenance window and will take appropriate actions in case of any exceptions.
